What is the offspring mechanic in Bloomburrow?
Offspring lets you pay an extra cost as you cast a creature to make a token copy of it that enters as a 1/1. Bloomburrow also introduced expend, which triggers once you have spent a set amount of mana in a turn, alongside the set's animal typal tribes.
Which Bloomburrow precon is best for new Commander players?
