Fallout brought the wasteland to Magic on March 8, 2024 as a Universes Beyond release built entirely around four Commander precons. There is no draft set. The decks cover rad-counter mill, Aura and Equipment aggro, go-wide token sacrifice, and artifact energy value.

Survivors
Aura and Equipment aggro. Suit up cheap creatures, attack to generate Junk tokens for extra cards, and let Dogmeat recycle gear from the graveyard.
Caesar's Legion
Go-wide Soldier tokens and sacrifice. Caesar turns every attack into more tapped-and-attacking tokens, card draw, or direct damage scaled to your board.
Brotherhood of Steel
Artifacts and energy. Every artifact spell generates energy that Dr. Madison Li spends on combat pumps, card draw, and returning artifacts from the graveyard.

What are rad counters?
Rad counters are player counters introduced in Fallout. At the beginning of each of your precombat main phases, you mill a card for each rad counter you have, lose 1 life for each nonland card milled, then remove that many rad counters. The Mutant Menace deck hands them out and grows its creatures off the milled cards.
Which Fallout precon is best for new Commander players?
Scrappy Survivors. Suit up cheap creatures with Auras and Equipment, attack, and generate Junk tokens for extra cards; it is the most straightforward gameplan of the four. Hail, Caesar is a close second if you prefer going wide with Soldier tokens.
